North Island Consultant and Trainer
Originally trained as a dietitian, Jo started her professional life at Auckland Hospital in 1996. After returning from her overseas experience, she fell into food safety and found her niche. Jo has extensive experience in a number of food settings, including hospital foodservice, meat processing and a stint as an auditor. She joined NSF in 2006 as a consultant and trainer, assisting clients to develop robust food safety systems and compliant food labels. Jo is passionate in creating solutions that work for each client's unique situation. Jo lives on a small lifestyle block in Cambridge with her British-turned-Kiwi husband Andy, their three kids, two cats, four chickens, three alpacas and numerous wild ducks. In her spare time, she loves cooking (especially with the produce from the veggie garden), good wine and spending time with her family.
