How Much Notice Do I Have to Give if I Need to Cancel My Course?

If you cannot attend a course, we would appreciate it if you could let our team know within 14 working business days prior to the course. To cancel, please feel free to reply to the course registration confirmation email or call us at:

If I Need to Cancel My Course, Are There Any Cancellation Fees?

  • Cancellation Policy (Public Training): Substitutions (in writing) are welcome anytime, but please notify us as soon as possible.
  • Early Cancellations (more than two weeks prior to the course date): A refund will be issued for the registration fee paid.
  • Late Cancellations (less than 72 hours prior to the course date): Please note that a full refund will be issued only when cancellation is made 72 hours prior to the course taking place. After this period, a 25% admin fee will be deducted from your refund. We highly recommend that all course registrants transfer to another course date that may suit them. (There is no admin fee payable for the first course transfer/change made; thereafter, 25% will be added to the course fee.) Refunds will be issued only once learning materials have been returned and received by the office.
